What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
You can return any undamaged watch with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
What if my watch is broken?
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects and suggest you contact the watch manufacturer for warranty details and repair information.
Do you change watch batteries?
Yes, we will change your watch battery for free for up to four years, as long as you purchased your watch from Wells Watches. We also charge a small fee for battery replacements for watches that were not purchased at our store.
Where are you located?
Take I-25 to Anywhere Way. Head east on Anywhere Way past Nothing Road (about 6 miles). You’ll see the large yellow Wells Watches sign on the north side of the street. Park in rear of store.
